1-         Monthly charges for 8 hours per day with weekly holiday or 240 hours per month whether used or not. Extra working hours shall be charged at prorate basis.

2-         Running expenses i.e. fuel: Lubricants etc. will be in your account.

3-         Major maintenance of D.G.Set will do by us; Break downtime will be adjusted in hiring period.

4-         It is necessary to service D.G.Set engine after every 300 running hour to do servicing is our duty while engine oil “Valoline Power Supreme” required for it will be arrange by Company.

5-         Unloading and loading at your site will be arranged by you.

6-         After load trial gen. set starts its hire charges commence and continue until it dispatched return.

7-         Shed, Concrete flooring and fabrication for silencer will be arranged by you at your cost.

8-         In case of continuous running, after every 48 hours of working machine should be given one hour break to check lube oil, water etc.

9-         Loading on D.G.Set 80 % will be permitted.

10-       Payment of electricity duty, if any to the Government towards Generator shall be in your account. Please complete the necessary for the same.

11-       Payment term 2 month hire charges and transportation as advance (which adjust in last) and monthly within one- week after submission of Invoice.

12-       Service tax charges will be @ 10.3% extra.
